live in the state of Florida can someone outside of the state sue or take you to court for not paying the debts or trying to work out a settlement

I have 2 chase cards in Hardship with a balance totalling 18K. I have 1 BOA card with a 8K blance. BOA is only 25 days late and a settlement wasnt available as of yet. I am routinly behind on this account and have 1 missed payment with them. I dont avoid them and I speak with them everytime they have called looking for a payment. When we talked I gave them updated income information, along with my current expenses. She agreed that I cant afford the payments... So I will have to wait. Chase offered me 80%. They said the offer was good for 5 days.

Nelly, I received a notice by organization called the "national Debt Relief Plan." Is this the same as National Debt Relief Program? I am not interested in this program but, I am interested in all programs that offer their services without mentioning any payment to the program and appearing as a scam. Also, there is an expiration date which raised a red flag obviously not a government program. Thanks for your help!

i was try to get a loan last night and this stupid ass company debeted my account 99.95 and over drafted me i never was a approved for a loan and they said if i was they would take that money they never approved me so give me back my money or i will press charges

I'm really thankful that I found your website with a lot of info on this company. They have called me 3 times with the exact same v-mail as someone else mentioned on this site. It sounded very suspicious & so I decided to research the company. I pay all my bills on time, have a good credit score in the upper 700's & have identity monitoring to prevent this exact kind of fraud. Nothing has changed on my credit monitoring & I plan to file a complaint with the FL state attorney general. Is there any where else I should report this to?

Storefront in Trotwood OH thru Buckeye Lending Solutions-contract says they will take 4 payments from auto withdrawal on my acct by day 31..which will be sat 10.2.2010. I was going to call and see if they will honor that info in contract. is this wise? also have cash net internet loan for 400..paid about 300 already and i cant pay on 10.1 so will need to extend again. also have storefront check into cash loan for 350 --due 10.1 at 380.00. idk the best way to handle all this. closing chase acct seems best but not sure.

how does it work once you have been on a dmp for 6 years if you want to move home?

I got a loan from advance me today and now I'm filing for bankruptcy and wanted to add the loan. But the payday loan place said they were gonna report me as fraud because they think I intentionally got the loan with the intention of not paying and I will not be able to add the loan to the bankruptcy. Does anyone know about this payday lender or know if this can be true? Help! :confused:
