I sent a letter to cashnetusa revoking the ach debit. They wrote back that they will not honor that. That was August 11. Since then they have attempted to debit our checking account with 3 different amounts a day. Is that legal? I emailed them again asking for proof they have a license in louisiana. They have a paper on their site that says they follow the laws of Louisiana with the Louisiana crest on it. From everything i've read in Louisiana you have to have a storefront and internet lenders are not licensed.

Dear Nelly, I was in a car accident in November of 2008 at night. A car hit me and ran away from the accident scene. The man came back later according to witnesses. I could not check everything that happened that night. I was taken to DC Washington hospital for treatment. I had injuries, stayed home more that 6 months, I returned to work because I did not get any support and being with no medical coverage I was a big risk. My police report was againt me that I was a jay walking at night and the driver could not see me. I was at fault.

Unfortunately, the store representative gave incorrect information. NCP has not approved the extended payment plan. We would like to offer the extended payment plan in Texas."
