Will I be sued for car accident where no injuries have taken place Let me include I am having car insurance

Has anyone dealt with ARM? I'm trying to research them because they say I owe them money money but aren't really willing to work anything out with me. I have to send large sums or the deal is off they say. I had a company try to scam me last week but this is an entirely different company. I need anything you have on these people. Good or bad.

I have one card with BOA and one with FIA. I know that they are basically one in the same. I am so stressed right now. I am struggling with the payments. I also have four others at other credit companies (two with Chase and one with Discover and one with HSBCC) I can no longer make these payments. I have a loan out with Eastside Lenders and getting ready to send C&D letter and found they have a desist and refrain order from oct 09 from the California Dept of Corp site. Im in california....should i include that order with my letter when i send? As always your expertise and help is much appreciated!

So I have been doing extensive reading and research through this wonderful forum and via the internet. I reside in Texas and payday loans are not legal, however small short term loans are.

I have two loans. One from Money2advance and another from International Cash Advance(Magnum Cash Advance.) I need help with finding out whether these companys are legal in the state of FL where i currently live. My banking account is in the state of Arkansas, does that make a difference? Also i need the states payday loan laws so i can compose the letter. Any help will be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

I have 7 payday loans in MD that I have defaulted on in MD, I don't know if some are payday loan companies or if some are CSO's with the exception of one. I have read all the information that has been out out in the forum and I have closed my account and things of that nature. But I am worried about what comes next and need more info for my state. The loans I have are with, Cashnet USA, Cashjar, Kingston Financial, Check N Go, Nationwide Financial, Advance Me Today, and United Cash. I have paid something on some of them like United, Check N Go, and Nationwide.
