I have over pdl totally 3500 is it bad to close my checking account and tell them willing to pay principal only

How can you tell if they are license with your state to operate in your state for pdl over the internet

I Currently have 2 pay day loans for 1,000 each and what are the laws for online pdl companies for Indiana.

When and collections people start call. I have a 27 day late payment and USAA is calling me at 8:00 local on staurday waking up the family.

I currently have (2) online payday loans that are killing me and my young family... I don't know how to get out of this cycle... I got the 1st for medical bills and general supplies during a short layoff and I got the 2nd to pay for the 1st... but now I am just paying the fees on both. Can anyone steer me in the right direction?

How does one deal with a collection agency on a defaulted title loan? This happened to me beyond my control. The rep who is assigned to my account isn't allowing me to work it out. How do I handle this? Can it be handled? She keeps saying "we need to square this away", which I am not understanding what she means by this and gets mad at me cuz I'm confused. I can't seem to get a simple yes or no on whether they will work with me. Just being told to get money from friends and family, which is can't. Then she told me to get the money out of my 401k. Any advice?

Anyone still dealing with Zest Cash? I have posted before about this, but in a nutshell, Zest Cash is now Spot Loan, who is tribal and illegal. My principal is paid in full. About 6 months ago I started getting collection letters saying that I still owed Zest, even though they no longer exist. I contacted BBB and Attorney General. I got a letter from P&B collection saying that they would no longer contact me. However today, I get a call from a different collection agency. How are they collecting for a company that no longer exists?

I live in the state of TN -- I have a total of 8 storefront payday loans out as of today. I have had some of these for years!!! I know in TN you are only allowed up to two PDLs not to exceed $500, but when desperate, we do STUPID things. The total amount of Loans I have is $3700.00 and I am paying $1026 per month in fees. Which is absolutely CRAZY I know. Well my plot thickens because I have NEVER not paid them, my boyfriend moved out and now it's just my income with a teenager. Is there anything I can do???

Help! I have a car that was surrendered in a 2005 bankruptcy case. Lien holder never picked up the car. It has been sitting in a field at my parents house all this time. This is the address of the bankruptcy. The car will need a TON of work to get roadworthy, but I don't want to touch it if it can be taken from me. I have a title in my hand (out of state, I never registered it in my state of KY) that I've had since 2001. It is in my name with bank as lienholder. Does ANYONE know if I can get a clear title. After 9 years is the car considered abandoned.

I want to approach Capitol One about settling a five year old credit card debt. The original credit line was $500. With penalties and fees they are showing the balance to be $1900! I'm not sure how to even begin the process or how much should i offer to get the ball rolling. Has anyone had any experience settling with them? Thanks for your Assistance.
