I live in NY and have 3 pdl's left Paydaymax 400 - paid 882.79 paid off Unitedcashloans 400- paid 565.00 still paying UCFinancial (EZpaydaycash) 400- paid 480 still paying Ameriloan 400- paid 855.00 still paying How do I stop paying these? Closing my checking acct is not an option because I have had it for 15 yrs. and my husband doesn't know I have pdl's and I cannot open another account becaue of the last PDL had my account so overdrawn I am on checksys now. If I send letters to stop them will they all just hit my account?

I currently am in debt management program with another company, but I am not completely satisfied with the results I'm getting after being there over a year. Is it possible to settle the debt through another arbitrator/company or will this more than likely not be accepted?

My Sandpoint Capital woes have reemerged. The debt was passed over to the Lombardo, Davis & Goldman firm to collect on the debt. I was told I needed to pay upwards of $500 immediately, and when I proved to be "difficult" with them (as in I requested more information) they said they were going to talk to my Human Resources Dept. I told them to never call me at work again and that was that. I called over to the Attorney General's office and I was told the following: a) They couldn't (wouldn't) verify the license information of Sandpoint.

we keep getting calls from WFNNB, looking for someone else. We tried using their idiotic automated system to let them know that the person they are looking for does not reside at this number and that we've had this number for over a decade!!! How do we get them to stop calling?

I was doing a search on CitiFinancial auto. Clicked on thier website and was directed to a company named Santander Consumer USA. That was odd I thought. I typed it in again thinking I made a mistake or something and again it was redirected to this Santander. Well, apparently Citifinancial auto has sold it's auto loan division to this company. I guess this just happened recently. They are allowing consumers to make payments on thier website for loans from citifinancial. My question is, if this company bought that division of citi.

I am in way over my head with PDL (US Fast Cash, Cash Transfer Center, PDM Mgt, etc). Long story short, bank acct is now in the negative, ACH being returned, hoping to voluntarily close checking account by the 15th IF balance is zero. Question - I have been contacted 2 times now by Alliance Asset stating a couple of PDL (not sure which ones) were turned over to them for collection.

Does the trustee have to give me back the funds they took from my bank account? Just wondering. Thanks.

My bank account was overdrawn today by PDLs that came out last night. I went to close my bank account this week, but I couldn't because my car insurance payment was pending to come out and they wouldn't close it with a pending payment. I'm working with someone to help me consolidate them all and I've been told to stop paying them, but there is no way to shut them out. So, all my PDLs came out last night and my account is overdrawn.

Thanks for all the help everyone here has given me so far. Out of the 5 loans I sent C&D letters/ACH revocations to, this is the response to date: Jet Lending - agreed to stop ACH payments and have waived interest. asking for the principal, but I think amount is too much based on all the interest paid on previous loans through them. We'll be sorting this one out for a bit maybe. Payday Loans of America - agreed to stop ACH payments and have credited interest paid.
