Has anyone ever worked with National Debt Resolution out of AZ? What have been your experiences?

We filed chap 13 and 5 months later we realized is was a huge mistake. Payments were too high already with a possibility of getting even higher. We got it dismissed for non payments, now we are overwhelmed with collection calls, what do we do now? Is it even worth to pay it back since it will be in our credit report for 7 years?

I would really appreciate any help or advice here. I've been unemployed since before graduating from college over two years ago. During college, I defaulted on a credit card with a $2,000 limit. The original creditor was Bank of America, but it was taken over by Arrow Financial Services. Last July, I received a call from Arrow asking for the balance. I tried to make payment arrangements with them as I am still unemployed, but they said the balance had to be paid in full or they would take me to court.

my wife incurred a serious injury in CA a few years back. The damages owed were to be paid by the insurance carrier. I was sent a past due notice and notified the carrier. I was then told i would have to pay direct. at the same time i was contacted that the bill would go to collections. As a result the bill was paid but my wife has a serious negative mark on her credit score. The case number is 16370826. The biil was paid by me...Larry Kaminski and collections were not necessary.

First of all let me say thanks for all the good advice on this site. I sent out the illegal pdl letter, I have not heard from three of the companies. Payment Direct has already sent me a letter with my payoff amount minus the interest which means I only owe them $111 (yeah) one down five to go. I am having a problem with Great Sky Cash; they sent me an email saying that they were not governing by any state laws. Could that be possible? What do I do about the other companies the 48 hour deadline I gave them is almost up. Do I send another letter, call them or wait for them to call me?

Here's my situation, being used by H&H for a $4,300 Cap One credit card from 3 years ago. I was personally served on the late evening of April 26, 2010 at 8:34 p.m. the process server it was not necessary for me to sign anything on the papers being served on, my mistake, I think. I wrote online two weeks ago, after I literally almost lost my car because of the vicious payday loan cycle that that strangled me. I had considered a PDL consolidation company until he told me that they charge 30% to pay the lenders! I thought I have made one mistake by getting the loans in the first place, cannot make a second mistake. I took the advice and emailed the companies not operating legally in my state. The first day, one was written off entirely ($1500), one was discounted from $500 to $100, and a third had all fees taken off, a savings of $261. Not bad for one day!
