I live in California. I have managed to get myself in a nightmare mess of ultimate proportions. I am looking for any help to get me out of the following installment and pay day loan mess. I want to pay these off but I can't pay them all together. I make $130k year and I have no money after each pay period. Installment loans 12 -48 months Cashcall. - $10k. Owe $9900. Pay $767 a month. Cash1 - $2600 owe $2500.

I don't know who this man is but is blowing up my landline looking for someone who doesn't even live here. Richard Duncan is harassing me and my family looking for someone but won't stop when we tell him that the person he is looking for isn't involved with us

A lady named Ms. Kiyani called me today and said she was legal representation for National Credit Adjusters who supposedly bought my pay day loan from the original company. However I am working with a debt settlement company who has already settled this payday loan and is currently making payments on my behalf. I think this lady may be a scam artist. Howver she had all of my personal information including ss#. How do they get this information? She wants me to send over $2k by the end of this month or they will persue legal action! I don't have this kind of money. Any advice?

When I click on My Page - I get a completely blank page.. nothing at all on it.. Thought someone should know. All the rest I can seem to get around on. I have that page saved so was a little weird this morning when I clicked on my saved link, but I went to the main page and it was okay.

Hi there, Not sure if I'm posting in the correct section so apologies if I am. I live in the UK and yesterday (23rd Dec) a company called Northway Financial Ltd took £649.90 from my bank account. I have never dealt with this company and had to Google them to find they are a debt company. For the record, I do not and never have taken out a loan with any company. I have phoned my bank today and their fraud dept are dealing with it and they have cancelled my debit card.

I took a loan with cash n go. But I got behind. They sold it to united debt , they sold it to American Recovery, then they sold it to global firm, telling me they are going to serve me papers. I Google the number 1-866-941-7594, nothing came up. I defaulted I October how fast they fid this, no letter, no email. What should I do?
