1st time here and really need help on a matter. A company called DJR Group, LLC posted $200 in my accout without any notification, authorization or contact with me PERIOD! I have not taken out any loans anywhere be it online or storefront. I did search engines "looking" for a reputable place, and after not finding one and inputting all my personal information decided not to go with any.

Hi all, Here's an interesting news which I would like to share with you. The State of West Virginia has banned payday loans. The State's Attorney General has resolved to file a case against online payday loan lenders if they are found doing business with residents of the state. The government has taken this decision to protect the citizens from payday loan traps. Apparently, a West Virginia Attorney has filed lawsuits against 8 payday loan companies which have declined to cooperate and help him in his investigation.

I have 4 Internet/online PDL's that I am curruntly payin only the Interest fee for which equals about $450 a month. I can't seem to get a hold on paying just one off without my paycheck being ate up due to interest fees. Can I close my bank account in NC without penalty and began the payoff as stated above through money orders/cashiers check to get my finances back in order? Please help...NORTH CAROLINA!!

hi, i just started getting these calls a few days ago..they contacted my inlaws and I've never used them as a contact. I asked them over the phone twice and they still called. I've been getting garnished for a while from my original loan and they said they would garnish more of I didnt pay 350.00 on sept 16th and 93 dollars a month starting on oct 15. so i gave them my debit card number..they asked if i get direct deposit...now I'm scared they are scamming me and i'm paying them and still will get garnished..what should i do? I'm freaking out!!

I am new to these issues and need a question answered. I received a letter from [COLOR=black]Weltman, Weinberg & Reis, CO., L.P.A., who is apparently representing a company I had a credit card with. On the letter it indicates that Harvest Strategy Group, INC., was also involved at some point. I think the original creditor was HSBC/BEST BUY. They (WW&R) state they area debt collector company attempting to collect this debt for their client. I was not even aware of this debit until I pulled my credit report after receiving the letter from them.

I am in California and borrowed $350.00 from Pay Day Loans of America and have paid them $262.50 to date on rollovers. I just sent them the C & D letter tonight and having major anxiety issues with what they may do tomorrow. I cannot close my bank account so I put an ACH block on it but they cannot gurantee until Monday that it would go into effect and PDLOA is schedule to debit this Friday, 9/10.

I received a letter today from rjm acquisitions saying they had purchased a delinquent account of mine. It is an overdraft account that must date back to 2005 at the latest. I haven't heard anything about this account for years, it does not show up on any of my credit reports, and I honestly thought I had paid it back when I was cleaning up my credit. Should I pay this account? If I don't will it suddenly appear on my credit report after all of these years?

these people are horrible. they call me constantly. today the guy asked me if i wanted to have sex with him!!!! what a creeper. my friends tell me that i should change my number. I am so angry. Why should i let these scammers ruin my life. now they are calling me at work. today they told me that i have a court date for thurs. when i finally got it out of them that it was quick cash .net i googled them and found this website. makes me feel better knowing that i am not the only one they are doing this too. we need to stand up to these jerks.

My husband has taken out 4 payday loans. I work but Im working just to pay off these loans.
