Background: I used to be able to pay my bills. My husband was forced to retire, due to his health, and we are losing our home ... so that will give you an idea of where we are at. I am a senior citizen in California that only makes $440 a month through Social Security. Problem: My credit card company is suing me for $3400 plus interest. Help, help, help ... court date is scheduled for December.

Please help in my situation. Back in February of 09, I didn't give my apartment complex the 90 day notice i was supposed to give before I left (it was my first apartment on my own), so they tacked on over $1500 worth of extra fees that I COULD NOT pay at the time. So I charged it on a credit card I had with a $5500 limit thinking that was done with. Well, I checked back months later (living with a family member now) and it didn't go through! The strange thing is, this is not on my free annual credit report, but I seem to be getting calls from random numbers every now and then.

I had contacted a company yourpaydayloanhelp to consolidate my loans but many of them are threatning to sue me, take me to jail and state they do not work with anypayday loan help company. I treid telling them they were illegal in pa and they told me i need to learn the law. What if any thing can i do about this.

Im a little confused This isnt an offical summons, and now they are trying to get more monies. I also have to pay to show up. do I have to answer this notice?

My husband is a 100% Disabled Vet and took out 3 payday loans, in the long run the companies kept over drawing out account until he bank itself closed it.Have tired going directly to loan account one being Fast cash and no one answers anything.
