do you know anything about using a wildcard exemption on a bank account?

Did you ever stop and think, "hey, maybe these people need to be called and have their family bothered?" I am not saying be rude or nasty, but when you owe money, you should have to deal with this until the debt is resolved. If you make arrangements to pay, the calls stop! Look! These people borrowed money and when it comes time to pay it back, most of them are irresponsible and create messes for themselves. Deal with it or man-up to your obligations.

Some guy came up to my door saying he was from the court, i wasnt home so my parents told them i moved out and i called the guy and he wanted to meet somewhere. I have no charges, never been in trouble could this be someone trying to collect money for unpaid debt?

Do your loans have to be in default in order for them to make arrangements with you? (like epp plan) I have 2 loans one with cashnetusa and payday one and i would just like to be set up on epp plans for both to pay back can you do that? Thanks

I have been trying to pay off a $200.00 loan advance for about 2 months now they said they would take $50.00 every time i get paid yet they still keep take $60.00 and it doesnt go down or pay off what do i do i cant afford this anymore

Hello I currently have 6 payday loans in the State of Texas, and have had them since around the beginning of 2005(with breaks in between). I have discovered that in the state of Texas it is possible to cancel the loan within 3 days and have used this in order to keep from paying any interest(i.e. by taking another loan at another place and cancelling my first loan), however it looks like I am about out of options(save selling my car which I am attempting to do).

Help....I received a phone call today from a man saying he was from Legal Claims. He asked me if I was Dawn Ellis, I said yes. He said they were just verifying they had the correct person and address, as I was going to be served papers to appear in court. He said I would get them next week. (I am in Texas, by the way). I asked him for what and from who. He said it was a civil lawsuit and it was from a company called RS & Assoc out of California. I have never heard of them nor have I ever had any contact with them.
