I’ve overwhelming debt but my income is really low. However, my spouse has a decent earning. Can filing bankruptcy be a good option for you in the state of Florida?

Someone delivered a summons to my husband asking use to reply within 10 days. The debt they are suing for was a Payday loan we defaulted on in 2010. I'm not sure where to go from here or even if it's legitimate.

I took a loan with Cash Call almost a year ago. I tried to login to my account and it would not take my Login information. The message read, no account exists for Cash Call under this information. I then noticed complaints on Cash Call, and the fact it had sold my loan to another Company called Delbert Services. I received no letter or email of any type informing me of this.

With tomorrow being Veteran's Day, I want to wish all the vets on this board a Happy Veteran's Day and to thank them for their service to our country. I also want to thank their families, for they too have sacrificed. Having been an Army brat, Navy wife and Air Force mom, I know what the vets and their families give up. My dad was injured in Vietnam, and I am so thankful he is still with us today, but I also know the nightmares he has had to endure. I believe that most of my uncles on my mother's side served and I have many cousins, nieces and nephews that have or are serving.

It is sunday morning and social answers is chalk full of VIAGRA hyperlinked ads that none of the moderators could remove even if we wanted to!! If you had a debt question, would you post on a site like that????? Please...no way!!! I even logged out to see what visitors are seeing....stupid pop ups and viagra. NO WONDER THERE IS NO TRAFFIC Where is management?? You never show up on weekends and you post during the during the late night/early morning hours during the week. When I go the creditboard forums as a mod, Breeze or someone in upper management is ALWAYS there!!

Hello-- You helped me immensely with payday loan issues (which are now gone, thank you) I am getting calls for the past 9 months from this place about a gym membrship that I owe money o even though it was not I who was paying for it AND I canceled it and moved. The few times I did speak to them I demanded written proof (never got, they claimed they sent it) and they threatened to write it off and put it on my credit report. They still call me. Every day. And a few times they tried to call from a local number (703 area code, not 800) to thrown me off.

I currently have a loan with Western Sky/Cash Call/Delbert. I live in Tennessee. Does anyone have any info on where Tennessee stands on these loans? I've been searching the internet but can't find any information. I am in the same situation as everyone else on here and trying to figure out what my next steps should be.

When I (stupidly) applied for PDL not knowing they were illegal, the PDL companies went crazy with inquiries on my credit. Now my inquiry field is an arms length long! What can I do, if anything. to remove the inquiries from my credit history?

I am normally better at finding this information but I found conflicting - so can anyone tell me if Spotloan is legal/licensed in California? $800 loan and paid back some - ethically I owe them what I borrowed, but if they are not legal in my state that is it. Can anyone tell me if they are ok in CA? Thanks.
