I am receiving calls at work and home from Ray Lewis with "First Credit" phone 951-239-4308. I am trying to locate the actual name of the company he is representing and their physical address so I can send them a cease letter and request DV however I cannot locate any information other than this is a cell phone. Have any of you heard of them or have this information? I appreciate your assistance!

Steve Martin (yeh right) called me and informed me that my credit card debt of 1000 dollars is up for review to be turned over to a NC attorney to sue me. Said he would garnish my wages, take my income tax refund, and lien my home. Well There is no income, will be no income tax refund, and the house lacks one payment of being in foreclosure.

Ok, I have been getting calls from these people in regards to a "payday loan" so I decided to have fun with them myself. As others have stated, once confronted they started to "try" and cuss me out. They are not to good at it. I called back because after I told him he smelled like Curry he hung up on me. I asked for a physical address at which point I was given 130...something. I asked him to spell it and he spelled something very fast. I asked him to repeat it slower and he said "NO" if I couldn't understand him, I shouldn't call there anymore and hung up on me.

I defaulted on a student loan over 23 years ago. I have spoken to the Department Of Education over the years and they had placed my loan on some sort of hardship status, unemployed, caring for a disabled child, living on very limited income, then divorcing with and even more limited time limited amount of income and SSI. I have remarried, still caring for a disabled young adult and dealing with my husbands unemployment.. What do you do?

We are setting up payment, we have the settlement agreement and we are telling them we are going to send a cashier's check and they keep insisting we give acct number. If we just send the cashier's check do you think there will be a problem?

I have 2 payday loans. Cashnetusa - 500 - Renewed twice @ 120.00 per renewal ChecknGo - 1500 - Renewed 4 times @ 348.00 per renewal is there any way to get these paid off without paying a lump sum all at one time. the Checkngo says i still owe 1848.00 on it and the Cashnet i owe 620.00. I dont want to NOT pay these. I just need an easier way to do it without paying so much in fees and interest.
