Hi, I live in Virginia and have two pdls for which the interest is killing me and I can't afford much else - and am looking at not being able to pay rent shortly. I've been reading through the various forum entries and am feeling leary about closing out my bank account and following through with the process of contacting the lenders and cancelling these loans.

I need to find out if internet payday loans are legal in Tennessee. Also is there help out there to help with this financial situation/ Thanks

Hello all.....has anyone heard of this collection agency? I owed on a payday loan and they threatened me with the constable coming to my house with a court order. They called my brother's in-laws, not even relatives to me and told them that they were calling to see if I knew about my court date. How embarrassing was that. His name was Alex Vega or Andrew Vega and he was a process server. Well as it turns out, they scared me and I made a payment to them already. They told me that if the payment goes back to them for any reason, they were going to proceed with the court order.

I have several internet payday loans. I live in the state of California. Can I negotiate with these payday lenders since I have paid almost three times the amount of the original loan in fees?

:-|Okay so I live in Ky and took out a crap load (5) payday loans online one from elastic, national payday, federal bank of deleware aka think cash, magnum, and integrity advance..I am gonna put stop payment on them next week due to not being able to pay 600 every check when i dont even make 600 what will happen to me. I read something where it says ky prohibits criminal action dioes that mean I am good to go and I need to make payment arrangements or what??? Please help

I am just trying to figure out some options....I have about 100K of debt through various credit cards and a BofA loan....Most have gone to a Collection Agency/Attorney....(All of the Debt is about 3 years old...) I am being sued for 2 of the debts....They have filed the Summons and I have to respond by Aug 24th,..Is it too late to file some sort of Bankruptcy?...My income has fallen dramatically..( I am a 1099 contractor)...Any thoughts or suggestions?..Thanks in advance...

i signed up with a debt settlement company and settled my two accounts... however the two accounts are showing as a charge -off instead of settled, what can i do to change it from a charge off to settle?

my withdraws from magnum z was 90 dollars every to weeks..then i get a withdraw for 390 dollars that would have paid it off which i never said they could do....then 2 weeks later i get another 90dollars withdraw after it should have been paid off....what can i do
