I live in KY and have 5 online loans out... I am thinking about putting a stop payment on all bc I simply cant afford 600 each check to pay these off... Can they take me to court or file charges on me?

wrote bad check, and TRS Recovery Services are driving me crazy. would like to pay debt but not to them. what can i do?

Hi All! I am being sued twice by a law firm in Chicago..(Blatt, Hasenmiller..etc...) 1 for Livingston Financial and 1 for FIA...I have asked twice now for each to validate the debt ...No response..(I sent Certified etc..) I am in the process of answering the Summons...The Livingston Financial is over 12K, so I have to fill out an "Answer" to their complaints...What is the best way to answer?..Do I DENY all complaints except for my name and that I live in Cook County, IL?...(An example is: "Defendant opened a charge account etc...." I did, but do I answer, "DENIED"?) Any help would be gre

OMG I got a check in the mail today from the class action lawsuit against arrowhead investments. They figured out how much I paid beyond the original amount of my loan and my share of the settlement was $114.82!! I was thinking it would have been like 5 bucks like we got through the H&R Block class action. This couldn't have come at a better time for me!! Just wanted you all to know how that lawsuit from last year came out. I couldn't find the original thread that I posted it on.

I had a loan with impactcash, or at least they tell me i did. I thought i paid them off over two years ago. I got a call from them, or someone on there behalf yesterday saying i owe them 3200. I thought i paid them off, but if i did not i am sure i did not borrow that much money. what recourse do i have to settle this. they are saying that they are going to serve me papers today which i dont mind cause it may give me a chance to see when and if this is me or someone maybe getting info off my old laptop and scamming. Am i ok or wrong in my approach

I have been receiving calls 3-4 times a day 7 days a week from MCM from an unknown number, all this and the person they are looking for shares the same last name but that is where it ends, when we tell them they don't live here they hang up!! Finally instead of telling them they live here I asked who was calling so I finally got the name of the company I told them to remove my number but they still call. I found the number in a post here (THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU) and they said that they would remove the number, keeping fingers crossed, this is harassment and its not even my debt!!

i recieved a message from a gentleman who said he was mr diaz at cfg and i was to return the call..he gave information to my father to the effect that i was in trouble for a payday loan from 2008, and to avoid any legal fees which he said were 1300.00, i actually owed 627.00 and his client preferred if i made payment arrangements for that amount...i returned the call and blocked my number a woman answered the phone and said hello and when i said hello she said oh i mean may i help you.

i took out a loan from them sometime ago and paid it back what does this mean for me should i go back and look at my bank statement? cause i remember it took me forever to pay back that loan...please help

can payday loans (I'm in WAY over my head!) & a student loan be consolidated in Iowa??
