ACS This company has been harassing me for the past month. They are very rude and intimidating. Before I realized this was a scam I had put out more money than I should have at which time the harassments started calling my job back to back to back when I told them to do what they needed to do. I am happy to see people discussing this matter. I really wish There was a way to eliminate such improper practices

I was stupid enough to get a "short term installment loan" with NetCredit. I am in Alabama. Can anybody help me out with whether or not they are licensed in my state? They are not listed on the site I looked at, but according to them and their website, they are. TYIA!

Have since researched and believe payday loans are not legal in NC... The company is in Oklahoma... I filed complaint with FTC & State attoneys office, my bank account they were debiting is also closed...

I received an email, in the spam folder, from a "supposed" attorney office. They stated that they were filing on 11-5-13 to recover 700.00 for a 300.00 loan. I have never received anything from this company, even though they say they have, I'm not even sure that I ever did this. This would have been an online payday loan, if it happened. I don't believe that this company is licensed, in Kansas, to do business. Does anyone know if they are legal and should I just ignore them all together? Thanks

I had to take out payday loans to help with emergency expenses with my girlfriend. Because of a domestic abuse case we had to find a daycare and start paying 300 biweekly for a babysitter and bills kept piling up. We took out PDl to help but our income then decreased shortly after so I was unable to pay. I have about 6000 in PDL and about 6000 in other bills from 2009 and then medical bills that are in collections and being threatened to be taken to court.

Sjfowefwe needs to be blocked/banned.they are posting threads about dick medication,and i can't even get in to delete it.it always says"PAGE CANNOT BE DISPLAYED" everytime i try to access these topics.your tech team can ban this tool.btw they were on last week,and was welcomed as a new member.pathetic.
