Hi Shazzers,its me once again..I send an email and fax to the numbers you gave me about this SGQ/my cash now .Tomorrow I will mail the letters for SGQ/My cash NOW I followed your template but modify some ..My question now is what if they wont reply ? Since I stated in my letter that if there is no physical address it means no payment ,what if they will report in my credit that I owe them MUCH MORE THAN the principal which is 300 and the interest that is 90 ? Please enlighten me so I know what to do next.. thank you!

On a lighter side...... Got this thread started to ask what does this credit card name really mean to you? BOA means the snake. American Express means american oppression. I have experienced monies taken from my checking account w/o my wanting their service (whatever service that is!!). They put me into overdraft situations and I want full compensation for this scam! I've had $99+$20+$14 (approx.) that I can tell so far removed from me through my bank account. That doesn't even count the other attempts to get more causing me $35 overdraft(s) charges. If someone knows what all steps to take to remedy these horrible events... please respond.

Why is it so difficult for me to get a personal loan after filing bankruptcy over 4 years ago? I have been denied numerous times, but I have traded my car in 2x....That makes no blessed sense to me at all! I can get a car, a brand new one at that, but I can't get a $4000 personal loan....um, not getting it!
