i dont know which credit card company my debt is with.. how do i find out?

Upon reviewing one of my CR, I realized that the three accounts that I am currently trying to dispute might very well be past the SOL expiration.

I have a $5000 debt online payday loans. I didn't pay any interest yet and I closed my bank account. Can I consolidate these PDL? Or these PDL companies and bank can sue me?

My questions, is how long does settlements stay on your credit report? And how bad does it effect your credt?

Under my profile it says Check. When I click on this it shows bank account with so many credits. And also has a loan section. Please explain what this is all about. Still trying to learn this sitee.

I am receiving calls from afni insurance services saying that I owe 12000.00 from a car accident w/no insurance how can I verify? they are threatening to suspend driver's license and ruin my credit if I do not pay.

I am working with a Debt Consolidation program. They seem like they do not do anything. My credit went to hell after I lost my son 5 years ago. Is there a bank that gives loans out. I rather pay a bank then a Debt Consolidation program to pay off my bills. Then I know the are being handled right

My pay day loans are due in 2 days. I have made the decision to no longer let almost my entire paycheck go toward paying only finance fees on 4 pay day loans and never getting any principal paid off. I realize what a stupid mistake I made by getting myself in this situation. I did some internet research this past weekend and had originally thought that a debt solution company (Relief, LLC) would be the answer to my problems. I called them Monday and recieved an information packet from them.

How long does a collection agency have to come after you? Say that you haven't heard from them in a couple of years, Can they all of a sudden come back at you down the road?

how can i get out of my payday loans. can i close my checking account with out going to jail.
