I sent these people a Cease & Desist letter by certified mail, not just once but TWICE. They still continue to call and harass me at work on a daily basis. They are rude, obnoxious and insulting. I filed a complaint with the Attorney General and the FTC but nothing is stopping the phone calls. What else can I do?

I have been receiving phone calls from this company for over 2 weeks. After more than 20 phone calls of an automated voice asking me to hold, waiting on hold, only to have it hang up on me, I finally got a human person on the other end. The person couldn't even read my name, which is a second grade vocabulary word by the way, and I asked who they were and why they kept calling me only to hang up on me. As the same automated voice and behavior is what was received, I know that this is the company calling me.
