All, Recieved an interesting Email today! From, or at least through the Denver BBB. Regarding a complaint I filed about Alpine Credit recently. Local news station is interested in using my complaint as well as a possible interview, for a story on collection agencies! So, I asked a couple of quick questions, and will highly consider participating, once I know more! Anything to help get the word out about collection practices!!

Make a long story short. I have 4 credit cards and have made paying the minimum on 3 of them but the 4th card I have stop sending my payments now for 2 months. On that card I owe about $10,000. I have never been late on payments but I have recently lost my job and just cant pay it. I now average about 12 calls a day from Chase and was wondering should I talk to them? I have not picked up the phone so they don't know my story. Another thing is 3 out of 4 of my cards are from Chase and I have been paying the minimums of 3 cards from them but not the $10,000 card.

Hello all, I was brought to this site by doing a search for Asset Acceptance, but all of the threads here don't seem to fresh about this company. I have been in contact with them about my alleged debt, but not really sure if I should believe that my account that was last paid in 11/06. This card was only my emergency gas card in college and I haven't heard anything until the last month. Now they are telling me that they don't have any history on my account except the amount they paid for it, the interest on the account, and the dates of last payment and date sold to them.

I have a credit card debt that went from 750.00 to 1250.00 and a collection agency calling me, I may only send $10.00 a month for now, but I do send that every month. Can they really sue me? I know that 10 bucks a month won't work forever, but that is all I have right now...anyone know? Thanks

Can I still get settlement program even if I got sued by a credit card company?

They took money from my bank account and I never even gave them my account number. They pulled my credit report without asking me and they used my account number to pull money from my account.

A creditor got a judgment (I don't recall getting a summons and was never served) and is now using a writ of garnishment. I was wondering if I transfered my money into my parents account to "hide" it would work so that I could work out a deal with them. They will see that I don't have money in my checking, but at another bank I have 160,000 in savings. Will their search turn up all accounts or just the ones I use for bill paying? Any info or help is greatly appreciated. BTW I did a search and wasn't able to find anything about moving monies around. Thanks again.

I just entered into a program with Premiere Debt Solvers and was wondering about any feedback anyone might have. Are they legit? Anyone have anything bad to say about them? Thanks!:confused:

ok i sent 500 fast cash a request for a PIF I paid back 480.00 on a 400.00 loan. I went online because I havent heard anything today and their is no info on the account anymore all it says if i have questions call the commpliance dept or email [email]compliancedepartment@500fastcash.com[/email]. so what does this mean?? anyone???
