Just want to let everyone know that if you read carefully and follow the advice shown on this web-site, you can get through your payday loan hell. I put off doing the letters and everything I needed to do for a very long time because I was scared and confused. Now, I wish I had done it sooner.

Wells Fargo called today and I explained my situation again. This time they offered to waive the $768 in fees and past due payments. Drop my interest rate from 30.75% variable to 11.9% fixed for 60 months. Close my account and report pays as agreed on my credit as long as I pay $162/mo. I owe just over $7000 now so I would be paying back $9720. Do you think I should make a counter offer for a lower monthly payment? I was going to try to settle, but I am thinking about taking this offer. I want to pay my debt.

I have a private student loan that I am struggling to pay. Do I have any options if I am not able to pay this loan? I know that bankruptcy is not an option. Hello, My wife was sent a summons from Love, Beal & Nixon a while back, to which responded. Now, we've received the above request, officially titled Plantiff's Requests for Admissions and Interrogatories and Requests for Production of Documents. From reading the forum, I know I have to respond, but it's a little overwhelming. Firstly, they have of course invited me to call them to discuss an arrangement to resolve. Secondly, they never supplied the original creditor address information as requested. I don't know how to reply. This is possibly a debt my wife had.

hi I received a phone call from First IRS in Huston Tx, giving me until tomorrow to pay them via money graham- either 390 or 150 minimum or they are going to send this information to my ss and DL to be arrested for a "hot" check I told them that I am not working and that unemployment is not giving more extentions for now.
