i have spokken to many people and been tol different things

I got a phone call today from a supposed court reporter saying that if I did not call the Bam group within 2 hours he would be at my work to serve me with papers to go to court. I had seen seen an tv special about a year ago where they were exposing companies who used this tactic to get people to panic and pay up so I didn't buy into it and told them I would see them in two hours.Before today I had never even heard of this collector. About 2 hours later the same man called again and talked to my boss and told her they were coming to serve me with papers if I didn't settle right now.

I want to delete my account because my posts are being shown on google, yet I have my privacy set to my friends only. I really need to delete myself as a user, how do I do this?

has anyone ever heard of o.c. processor servers? they are threatening to serve me. i am in pa, and they are in california. do they usually call before serving papers? thanks

Can i add another loan to my account - although is not paid off!!

I received a called last week a regarding a crime that I had done. I called the number and spoke to a gentleman who had a strong accent. I asked his name again and he told me again and when I still did not understand him, he was rude and repeated it letter by letter. He then went into detail of what the phone call is about, and when I asked him what company he was representing he then told me rudely, insta cash, I asked him to spell it, and rudely he spelled it.

This company Northland Ggroup sent me a letter stating I owe Cap One over $6k and asking me to settle for half the amount. I checked my credit report and thought this was on my bankruptcy but it wasn't. It actually shows the same amount in my credit report as it does the letter I received from them. My credit report also states the account was as a "charge off, account closed by credit grantor." Not to mention, I live in TX and the SOL is 4 years, but when does the 4 years start? The last payment was 11/05 and the first sign of major deliquincey was 6/06. What are my next steps?

about 6 weeks ago, I received a threatening call from CRS. After talking with them and asking here, I sent them a debt validation letter by certified mail. Now I just received another voicemail from CRSI stating I needed to call them back or have my legal counsel call in. It sounds like another scam. Am I correct? From previosu experience, calling the scammers back just leads to additional calls. Any ideas? Thanks.
