I have 3 payday loans and can't keep up the interest payments. One is with PLS, one with NorthStar, and the last is with National Fast Cash. I've read many different things to do such as close checking account, to put a stop payment on the checks, or to do a debt consolidation program. I don't know what to do - any advice? Can they keep charging me interest if my check bounces, etc.? This is in Milwaukee, WI. Please help.

Hello all, I was wondering if anyone could tell me if anyone could point me in the right direction? I'm trying to find out if First Bank of Delaware is licensed to lend in my state? And if so, what lending laws they have to follow? I ask because I have an installment loan with them and now due to extenuating family circumstances I am unable to make payments for a few months. we paid lifeguard 6 months worth of payments 6K and they never paid any creditors. Did they keep all that $$ as a fee. I could of make payment arrangements with the credit card copy myself

I didnt realize that I did business with a PDL that was based in Costa Rica until I defaulted with them. What should I do? Can they report on my credit report?

Its been almost two weeks now since I closed my account. I sent the emails and a few have responded, a few have ignored, and a few act like nothing is wrong and are going to continue on with the loan. Luckily my account was closed successfully, I have been getting notices from the bank of attempted ach transactions that they have rejected. I'm not sure where to go from here. Tomorrow (Friday July 2nd) is my next scheduled payday so I am sure they will all try and pull again and they will get returned.

Ok here is my situation, I am 23 years old, I have had a good steady job for the past 2 1/2 years, I now want to start rebuiding m credit. 2 1/2 years ago I was in college, I lost my job and I couldnt pay my credit card payments, approximately 5 different cards which total around $5500. I tried to ask for payment exensions with the companies (chase, macys, and kohls)and they all refused, so I did not pay.

I live in PA. I have a pdl with Magnum Cash. Received a letter last week they were turning me into the three major credit buruers. Can they do this? Does anyone have any contact info on them. Also have one with OneClickCash, can't seem to get in contact with them either. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Trying to get my life back on track. To anyone out there DON'T do PAYDAY LOANS more trouble then they are worth.
