Has anyone dealt with either ABCPayDayLoan.com or ResponsibleLoan.com, I have a $250 payday loan out with responsibleloan.com, I am paying the loan back in full in two weeks at $292.50, I have to say that m experience thus far with responsible loan has been positive, questions are answered in less than an hour, and they actually talked to me on the phone for a few minutes to make sure I knew the full details of the loan and that it was a last resort option.

My personal line of credit with WF disappeared from online banking in September 2009. I have not heard a peep from them OR a collector since then. In fact, they never even called me or wrote to me to try to collect this. I have been saving money and want to resolve the matter now to start repairing my credit. What percentage do you think I should aim for? Also I have no idea how much interest would have accrued over almost 1 year on $12K. Any advice going into the negotiation would be much appreciated.

Hi Everyone, I have a judgement against me that was issued in January 2010. I had contacted the law office handling the collection as I wanted to make payments. They requested an income statement, which I sent to them promptly. The next thing I know I receive a summons in the mail stating they were garnishing my wages. Okay, so I have to deal with that. The court order for the judgement stated the amount to be 1007.00, and in the order it states plus interest and fees. My employer explained to me what the garnishment amounts would be and when they would end, which was to be last Thursday.

I recently settled a $90 debt for $45 through your company. I thought that everything was good and that the debt was satisfied. However, today I was informed that an unpaid debt of $45 was reported to the credit companies. Would you please remove this debt? I value my high credit score and this will hurt me.
