I just got off the phone with a collection agency for PayCheck Today. He was saying he is going to report my "fraudulent activity" to my employer. He said I committed fraud when I took out this payday loan. I am shaking right now sitting at my desk. I live in Mississippi and he was calling from "ARM" in Florida. The number was 866-679-4046. Someone please advise me, or tell me something to calm me down. I am fixing to be sick.

Hello, I am in need of some advice. I have multiple internet PDL's that have just about gotten out of control. I am to the point now where they are eating up my entire paycheck every pay period and i make well over $1200 per check. I have no clue what i should do at this point, but i know that i can't afford to pay the high interest fees on them anymore. Does anyone have any ideas on what i can do???

I have an outstanding loan with Pay Day Max and their address is in White Rock, Bc. The original loan was $1000 and now they are trying to charge me $1700. I am in Missouri. Do I have any options available on repayment? Apparently they are licensed in Colorado because the sent a letter stating the Colorado Fair Debt collection practices. Anyone have any suggestions? Hello all, I am wondering about a situation including student loans.If a person is bankrupt and the only income they have is disability, then their disability cannot be garnished.I would like to know if this same situation applies with student loans instead of disability?

I took out a loan with Lakota Cash and enrolled in a debt consolidation company. LC sent a wage garnishment to my job and my HR department told me they had to honor the wage garnishment. I had to have LC fax over a form to stop the wage garnishment once they saw I was in the debt management program. My question is: Does LC have legal right to garnish my wages? … I live in Houston, TX.

i've been reading alot of your posts and wanted to know what steps i can take to get out from these payday loans. i undertsand i took them out and need to pay them back but its impossible with these interest rates. i live in nj and i see alot of you have closed you bank accounts and settled with them to pay the principle balance b/c in nj its kinda illegel to charge that much interest. i'm not to far gone about 1200.00. my problem is i get paid and pay them down by $50.00 and its leaves me with 20 bucks so i cant pay my other bills.

I have been reading a lot of bad comments about this William Sokol and i am so afraid that he is going to file a judgement against me. I tried to do a pmt plan and he keeps forcing a suit or a judgement against me. What am i to do. I want to pay but then a gain i dont want any bad things on my credit. I cant find him the the BBB and im just lost. He does not want to work with me at all. I dont understand. SOmeone please help me

So please everyone who has settled on your own or is trying to settle: Tell us how often you take calls, how many cards you have, how far along you are or were when you settled. I have 4 cards (2 with Citi) so I have 3 creditors calling me.
