I've rented well over 1,500 movies, AND purchased several hundred movies from the same store, and I always pay upfront.
I will speak with the manager that manages the store in Harrison, OH 45030. This isn't the first time I've had this kind of trouble..., it is usually the store's fault.
I will call the store today to verify or validate this debt. If the debt can be validated, I'll pay immediately. If they can not validate the debt, I expect "you" to validate the debt.
I've had a very long history with Blockbuster.
