If you get summoned by bridgestone and they did not hand you the summoned personally shouldnt it be ruled out? I always thought that a summoned was suppose to be handed to you by a server?

I need some advice on paying off a credit card with a unsecured line of credit that i have. I have a CC that has a balance of $8500 on it with a min pymt of 200 bucks. I try to pay around 250 a month on it. I can take out more on my LOC and pay it off but I was wondering how and if that would effect my credit score? The pymt difference on the LOC would be a little more than what I am already paying on the CC. The LOC is over 60 months. I am just wondering if moving the debt from revolving to installment effects my score.

i applied for a payday loan in february but was told i was not eligible because i am a waitress and receive cash money not a weekly paycheck.i understood that . the other day a man called and said i was under indictment for internet fraud i asked what is internet fraud ?he said from payday loans .i said i never got the loan .he said ok sit back .the police are on their way to your house. and hung up. i called back noone answered .i said you sit back i just called the police on you. my boyfriend overheard me and then the phone rang.

June 15, 2010 I received a letter stating that I owe $30.56 to BMG Music Service. I have never had an account with this company nor have I ever heard of them. I called NAFS and omg the woman was super rude and flat refused to provide me with any information stated that the debit has to be paid and will not be removed from my credit report. How did these people get my personal information and now has in turn filed an illegal collection claim against me. What can I do to have this removed? I have already filed a dispute.

Hi, I have cc card with my credit union. If I stop paying, can they take money out of my account immediately, or does it not happen until closer to charge off?? I do have another account else where that I will be putting my pay in. Thanks

I've rented well over 1,500 movies, AND purchased several hundred movies from the same store, and I always pay upfront. I will speak with the manager that manages the store in Harrison, OH 45030. This isn't the first time I've had this kind of trouble..., it is usually the store's fault. I will call the store today to verify or validate this debt. If the debt can be validated, I'll pay immediately. If they can not validate the debt, I expect "you" to validate the debt. I've had a very long history with Blockbuster.

Hi I ow nobody any amout of debt I have a credit score of 796! These people will not stop calling me using different ruses to speak to me saying I was given as a reference for some person I have never heard of....I finally contacted the phone company and they are tracing the calls and will press chages if need be,..I am reading that they will file with the crdit bureau for non existant debts? I took bankruptcy in 1996..14 years ago! I will not speak to them because the state of colorado has had so many complaints against them they have issued a warining not to answere the calls.

I have been sued by my contractor who has put a lien on my home and is now threatening to levy my bank account. Both the law suit and bank account are in my husbands and my name.
