I was living with my boyfriend at some apartments in N.M but he's in jail so we couldn't pay we got evicted and I owe 290.00.I gave iq data my card info and they charged it saying they will send me a congirmation letter. Should I believe them and should I cancel my card?idk what to do.. Please help.

I have 2 internet loans with Payday Max and Discount Advances. I have had many in the past with Payday Max. I currently owe them 700.00 + 130.00 interest and have may 2 payments on this loan for a total of 304.00. I don't currently have a loan with discount advances, but if they are not legal I would like to try to get my interest back. Oh, state is Ks. It started with 2 threatening voice messages by a Carol Benes, that identified herself as a private Investigator and called from 213-985-1843 (please note this is a CA area code. In the message I was advised to call the Auditing Department at 980-939-0922 (this is a NC area code and actually listed as a cell phone number. Anyways, I contacted the Auditing Department several times and when you first call this number a recording comes on and you are presented with a menu. Each time I called, I spoke with a different person and I do have the names of some people I spoke with.

Hello All, I have 2 issues going with a law firm in Illinois (Blatt, Hasenmiller, Leibsker & Moore) The first was recently filed with the Circuit Court as a "Contract Complaint" It is for FIA card services. I have not been served any type of Summons yet... The 2nd is with the same law firm on behalf of Livingston Financial...I received a letter from the Law firm stating I am being sued. There is no information with the Circuit court as of yet on this one. Both are for Credit Cards that I initiated in California and I now live in Illinois. They are both within the S.O.L.

wow!! I have been away for a while dealing with other issues, but have some good news to report. the other day I received a call from the Dept. of Corp. who is investigating Integrity Advance and asked if I had documentions that they loaned to me knowing I lived in california.YES I DO!!!. I sent him my paperwork. He said he was sorry how long its taking, but told me he is working on it and to let anyone know that there is only 3 of them to handle PDL case but they are planning to handle them. I will update as I can. I owe this site so much for all they have done for me.
