need to know my account # and how much I owe

i had a u.s bank account and i got overdraft fees of 724.44$ i recently got a letter form a regent asset management solutions saying i must pay within 14 days or court will enforce the contract. Is that really whats supposed to happen? what happens when ur account goes negative like that and it closes? what should i do? what can i do?

I filed a Chpater 7 bankruptcy in 2005, all my debts were discharged. I am in the process of buying a home and the title company came up with a judgment that was filed and issued in 2003. I never knew about this judgment but all the debts that the creditor received a default judgment for where discharged in my Chapter 7 Bankruptcy in 2005. My lender for my home is now questioning the approval of my loan due to the judgment. What can I do about a default judgment issued in 2003 but when the debts were discharged through my Chapter 7 bankrupcty in 2005.

what does a notation paid charge off mean

Hi, I am 23 years old and a 4th year in college. I have about 12000 in debt in three different credit cards that i mostly accumulated while trying to pay through college and also during a period when i was unemployed. I do not want to default on them but i am having a hard time keeping up with the payments especially now that i do not have a job and i am only receiving financial aid and federal student loans which are not enough. I am looking for means in which i could consolidate them and defer payment until when i am done with college and i have a job.

Received a court summon for a debt of $1,145 from the Attorney Offices of Mark Walsh. Apparently Capital One sold the account. Papers suggest that I have 30 calender days to reply to the court and to plaintiff or the company wins by default. Is there any way I can deal with this without going to court? I've tried to call the offices but they don't respond. The worst thing about my situation is that $700 of the money owed was because of interest build up. And if i were to pay it in full that would be more than 4x the amount that I should have originally payed.

MCM has been trying to collect a credit card debt that is about 10+ yrs old (Since last activity) The statute of limitations here in California is 4 yrs. Any advise B-4 I contact them?

I am really tired of getting phone calls from GE money bank, or even calling them about my account and getting someone from India or another Country. I live in America, If they want to do business with me have an American talk to me. Outsourcing should be outlawed, Americans need jobs, I am one of them, but big credit card companies would rather outsource and pocket more money for the big wigs then pay Americans a little more money. I call that greedy.

I have sent letters via email and registered mail and I still have 4 PDL's that are calling and/or emailing me.
