We received a message on our answering machine today stating there was an incident and a hearing pending in our local court. Can we sue them for harassment?

GC Services put me on a program to collect a student loan. I gave them my savings account number ad they withdrew the first monthly payment - after that they keep saying that my account does not have funds and that I did not pay - when I ask my bank they say they never made the attempt. I think I am being played with, it's like they deliberately want you to be deliquent on the loan to keep increasing the interest. What can I do?

I am about $80,000 in debt. I am due to recieve funds to pay off all of my debt. If I can pay everything in full, plus the Attorney fee, how quickley can this be done? Can I get the debts that I pay off removed from my bureau? Can I get a letter from each and every creditor that I pay stating I have handled their debt in full?

All such loans are approved and funded in Delaware, with repayment to be made in Delaware. The East Side Lenders loan agreement and website contain all disclosures required by Delaware and federal law to make it clear that all transactions are governed by Delaware law.
