11 years 8 months ago
I revoked their ACH a while back but I am glad to see this anyways... "At this current time the lender is experiencing technical issues. If you would like to pay down or pay off your account, the lender is accepting mailed in payments. If you would like to make payment arrangements please respond to this email and a representative will be in contact via email to due the ongoing phone issues." they even have phone issues!

Mobiloans loan agreement

11 years 8 months ago
I just filed a complaint online with the NC AG regarding Mobiloans, and they want me to submit documentation to support my claim. In going through my e-mails I realized that I never received an actual copy of a loan agreement. I called to ask about this and they told me that they have a standard loan agreement (their terms and conditions) you access online. So when I went to do this online, I saw that the terms and conditions were as of 8-23-13, which is conveniently the same date I received an e-mail stating they were no longer able to lend money in NC.

Mobiloans: What now?

11 years 8 months ago
I have sent the letter I copied off one of the threads here to mobiloans revoking ACH and Wage assignments. Letter was sent three times and finally received response stating "The issue you've described in your email may be resolved more efficiently if we can speak with you." Any suggestions what I should do now?

Red Leaf Lending

11 years 8 months ago
I had a loan with Red Leaf Lending. The loan was for 500.00. I paid back 450.00 of it before I discovered your website. I owe them 50.00. I closed my bank account to stop the withdrawals and also sent them the letter from the forum stating the New Jersey laws etc. I told them if they sent me an address I would send them a money order for 50.00. Today I received a phone call from Efinance (VIP Loan). I found the Cease and Desist letter on the forum, so I emailed that to them right away.

Need help answering vague request for admissions, documents, etc

11 years 8 months ago
A lawyer for Discover Card has sent me a request for service of interrogatories admissions, and request for production of documents. I have several concerns: a) they are asking my SSN as well as last 5 employers and salaries. Do I have to put my SSN there? I believe I can answer "irrelevant" for the employer part. Or is it better to show that I have lost income due to job loss/etc? b) these questions are extremely vague and no supporting documents supplied (they did initially send me a copy of a statement with the summons letter).

Am I entitled?

11 years 8 months ago
i followed all the steps provided in this site in regards to dealing with PDL'S. the only thing i haven't done was close my account. i just took it upon myself to just change banks... but my question is am i entitled to pay off that negative balance at my previous bank. FYI the negative balance is an attempt from the PDL'S. they have stopped though

My silver safe

11 years 8 months ago
I have this nightmare of a lender with my silversafe, I think they are out of Canada. My bank ACH says first west coast financial. I have only taken out about $3,640.00 during the time I have been with them. I have paid these people over, and yes, $13000.00 in fees . I added all ACH credits and all ACH debits in my account history. I was in desperation and could not come with the money to pay off the principal. They have been taking out close to $410.00 every two weeks.
