I just received an e mail back from Plain Green loans telling me that they have accepted my offer to pay the remaining balance on my current loan, they have indicated on their e mail an address to send in payments. This is at least out of the ways. for Western Sky, this is my situation. Took loan back a year ago for $1000.00, they added an extra fee of $500.00, have been paying cash call $198.19 per month. i learned when I called cash call last month that my account was now with Delbert, and that was through their automated system.

Here's the scoop everyone and pay good attention! Cash Call is being pursued by 9 states now to remove them from doing business in them. Cash Call states they are run by the Sioux Tribe....wrong answer! When not paying for your debt with Cash Call they say they have sold your debt to Delbert Services. When calling Delbert Services after hours you get a voice mail that states you have reached Cash Call. Both are located in the same office in Las Vegas and both have a PO Box in Anaheim, CA. JP Reddem has his hands in both. Hum let's see.

How difficult is of to deal with plain green and mobile loans? I have overpaid mobile loans, owe $665.55 to plain greens on current loan, on previous loans with plain green I overpaid them over $3000.00 I e mailed plain green and received a generic e mail that someone will get back to me. Is this to be expected. I told plain green that I was willing to pay the balance of my current loan, my loan was for $1400.00 and would not ask for a refund for the previous loans. I just want this to be over with. Did I do the right thing?

So, here's a question-- a friend got an online loan from Action Payday. She currently has paid 1200 on a 400 dollar debt (yes, I have yelled at her for not keeping a close eye on things), but today we went to the bank, closed out the account and ensured they can't take anymore. Now, As far as I can see and the Department of corporations can find out, Action Payday isn't licensed in the state (they're supposedly located in Nevis, West Indies). Can they sue for any recovery at all? My assumption is you could pretty much deep six any small claims suit by just pointing out that A.

I was contacted on Monday, August 26, 2013 by someone claiming to be from a private firm by the name of Kern & Brownstone from Los Angeles, California. They wouldn't give me a physical address saying they don't give out the physical address but they had a PO box. These people threatened me saying an arrest warrant would be issued within the next 24 hours to BSO (Broward Sheriff's Office) because I had a debt with CashNetUSA and I had committed bank fraud or something to that effect.

Does anyone know why the ACH system is down for online lending? It has been down since August 29th, and no one knows when it will be back up and running. I searched for news articles, but I'm not getting much. I am wondering if they were shut down (wishful thinking) or what is going on. Does anyone else have more information?

Has anybody ever dealt with Uncle Warbucks? How do they handle ACH revocation, collection etc. Any advice and tips on how to deal with them would be greatly appreciated. I sent them ACH revocation a few times, I replied to their last email reminding them I revoked their ACH authorization on Aug 30 and they completely ignored it, they didn't even acknowledge any of my emails... I suspect they're going to be more responsive when their ACH transaction is returned by my bank for lack of proper ACH authorization...we shall see!

I received a call today from an unknown number, however, they left a message. The man's name was Vince Chambers and he said he was calling from NCS Offices. He said he received two formal complaints on me. One was for breach of contract and one was for attempt to defraud a financial institution. He told me that I was to call this number (877-239-1893) within 2 hours with my case # or I would be served papers. I am not sure if this is a scam or what, but I am worried. Please advise me on how to proceed.
