I have three payday loans. I am at the point where I am barely making it and unfortunately do not have room to paythem back. I regret getting monies from them. I am currently expecting and along with preparing for my unborn child I am being troubled with paying them. It is the loans that I was trying to pay back that I began the rut I am slowly trying to climb out of. They are saying that I need to make arrangements before legal action is taken. I reside in NC. The payday loan companies are US Fast Cash, One Click Cash, and Manhattan Processing. Can some one please advise me on what to do?

i have 5 payday loans currently i reside in New hampshire and as of this week i am unable to pay them i know it will result in major fees and i am hoping maybe i can get some suggestions. i do not want them to start calling my employer but i also know they are not willing to make arrangements with me they cliam they are unable to do so. i am thinking letting them go to collections may be my best option it seems to be the only way to get them to make other arrangements that i can stick with. also i am only willing to send a money order do they have a right to refuse that?

settlement.Paid last payment on settlement now chase has updated credit report to show settled 0 balance but under status it shows bad debt placed for collection,this is not correct,right?My other settlement shows paid under status,damn chase.

I keep getting a call from a number it shows up goofy on my screen. I had got it a couple of times about two weeks ago. Both to my cell and my work land line. I can barely understand what the guy is saying but he wants me to call 646-461-3892. Anyone have any idea who this is, or how to deal with them.

Help, CPD contacted me today at work and emailing, they claim they are licensed in MN, and I can find their license number on their website, I cannot find anything that says that. I have paid the principal already, should I contact them again and ask for it or leave it alone?
