i had a credit card with the "whats in your wallet company". They held my payment and posted past due, thus charging me a late fee, whcih put me over my limit and raised my percentage. I refused to pay and was sued in small claims court, missed a few monthly payments and was served with a lien on my dads house. They liened my dads house because i do not own a house. We both have the same name and live in the same location. what should i do to unlien the house?

I closed my account and sent out letters, have not heard from my PDL's for almost a week, is that a good or bad thing? What should I expect from them now??

even though court fines are not dis-chargeable, if they are listed in the bankruptcy in an attempt to discharge, does that cease any further action from them while I am in the bankruptcy process?

Hi can someone help me. I have 6 payday loan open n i can't afford to pay them back Im on SSI making 845 a month i been paying for the interest fee only. I went to close my bank acc n the bank can't close my acc yet due to pending some of the payday loan post my check in. I took out all the money that is left n i have a -$300. Im so stress out! I am desperately trying to join this forum but am finding it a bit cumbersome and am having trouble figuring out where my posts are and if I have received any answers.
