They were asking me to pay a very high amount. I was totally frustrated with the collection calls. I was thinking about taking out loans in order to pay them back. Thankfully, I came across forums during that time. The forum members informed me that these lenders are not legal. They also informed me that I don't owe a dime to them. I was so relieved.

Is Account Discovery Systems legit? Anyone have any problems with them? They left me a voicemail stating that if I didn't call them back today they would take further action in my city.

Hi, I have registered but have not gotten my email with a password. I have found (through your site) that I have several illegal PDL's ( am in Ohio) I have overpaid. I would like to stop the ACH, I cannot close my current account. I have not defaulted on any of them, but am getting to the point that I cannot sleep at night and need to get these out of my life forever. Please advise how I should word my letters to my bank. I've been battling Cash Call, Equifax, and Experian to get them removed from my credit report. I've had the BBB and CFPB and FTC all involved to no avail. They are all a bunch of toothless tigers. I just fired off my Intent to Sue letter to Cash Call today. Hopefully this gains traction. My next steps will be to File Suit against Cash Call, as well as ITS letters to both Experian and Equifax for willful non compliance.

I had borrowed $300 from Spot Loans and I am supposed to pay back $731 or $700 something and I have paid back $254. My hours at work have been cut and money is getting tighter and I was wondering if they are legal in Mississippi as they say they are, I have no problem paying them back what I owe it is just with my hours being cut means my checks will be cut and I am in need of some help.
