Marcadis & Assoc. recklessly keep racking up costs to their clients (Plaintiffs) even when they have been given information that the company's assets were awarded to a 3rd party in preceeding litigation and the company has not been active for over 2 years.

Hey everyone! One of my medical bills was placed with Oxford Management Services. I found out they left a message at my parents' house and left a message for me. It was one of those messages that stated if the person listening Is not me to hang up. My problem is I've never used my parents' number as my contact number. I live over 1,000 miles from them and have never lived at the residence they live at, nor have I lived in that state. I am curious to know if them contacting a third party and saying they are a debt collector still falls under the fair debt collections act as a violation.
