AT&T sent a bogus phone bill [$227], that I know nothing about. I completed police affidavit for identity theft and other requirements directed by AT&T and sent back to them as well as their collection agency as directed. I was later contacted by the collection agency by phone that they have closed the matter as identity theft.
Months later, AT&T still sent the same bill to another collection agency who reported this as a delinquent debt on my credit and damaged my credit score and/ report.
