hello, i have a question regarding a secured personal loan. I am $126 behind on payments and the finance company has made a civil judgement against me. I recvd the papers today. I called the finance company and advised that i only have 2 pieces of the listed collateral and he threatened me stating he will seek the maximum prosecution of 30 days in jail for each item i do not have. Can i be placed in jail for this?

Hello, I have three CC's with a combined balance of $14k+. I make my payments on time and pay whatever above the minimum I can which on average is $100/mo all together. The rates are quite high with $250/mo of my payments going to interest. I'm not looking to reduce my debt but to save on interest monthly. Do I have any options?
