I had a pay day loan through paydayone.com. Their computer accidentally debited me for almost two hundred dollars and that cleaned out my account. Due to this, I closed my account and switched banks because they handled the matter very slowly and I had to assist them to do it correctly. My question is this, can a person pay back a payday loan over time without the interest? I don't know what my next step should be, I just know I'm not giving them my account info again and having them screw it up. I live in TN if that info helps.

I have a $500.00 loan with a company called Loanpoint USA. I haver made 5 extension on this loan and paid them a total of $710.00. I live in NYS. I don't think this is legal as payday loans are prohibited in NYS and I've paid well above the 25% interest rate in NYS. I don't know what to do to stop these people. Please help.

I had no more than 15 mins made arrangements with Capital One to settle my acc. First source wants more. He wanted me to give him my street address,,I wouldn't and he hung up on me. What is he up to ?

I have most of my payday loans with creditor now. One of them said that they are a law firm and are telling me they will garnish my wages if i do not pay of the debt by the end of the month. Can they do that?

i noticed alot of threads showing responses,but they are not showing up. example:i just responded to the DRG AND ASOCIATES thread,and while it shows i responded.the response isn't showing up.is this a glitch?

I have the following pdl, all of which are internet loans: Sandpoint Capital, borrowed 300, have paid 450 Pay1Day.com, borrowed 400, have paid 205.00 Pack Management Group, LLC, borrowed 300, have paid 450 SignmyLoan.net, borrowed 400.00, have paid 394 Payment Direct INC, borrowed 200.00, have paid 356 Yellowdale.com, borrowed 200.00, have paid 228 I live in Oklahoma and have renewed each loan everytime it comes due and I am current. I would like to either consolidate these loans or find out if they are legal and proceed from there.

Some of the credit card companies offer airline miles cards. Has anyone ever used one? Do they worth the fees that the credit card companies charge? How to find the best deal?
