i was debited 99.95 out of my account from platinum service i called the number they told me that it came through a payday loan i did apply for a pay day loan but i did not apply for this,.they would not refund me my money it made my account negative i have to pay to 99.95 plus a 35 dollar nsf for something i dont know anything about they said they sent me an email giving me 3 days to cancel i never recieved any email. i need some help on what to do

I am with Bank of America and they are giving me a hard time trying to close my acct. The NSF charges have now reached over $1000 and I dont know what to do to get them to stop charging me $35 every 5 days and every other week, 6 lenders are attempting to debit my acct. What can I do to stop this? Should I send a letter to each of the lenders to get them to stop debiting? Help, pls.

I am 120 days late with B of A. Owe on three of their cards (personal) for a total of $42k now that they have added fees, etc. They offered me 40% at 90 days, I just called today and they are sticking firm to the 40%. That equates to $17,400. I said I could do $10k in lump sum with help from family member. Why am I having so much trouble getting below 40%? I didn't use cash advance, was an excellent customer until financial trouble due to job loss. They even said we are running a $5400 per month shortage according to their figures. Any help or advice much appreciated.

I paid my debt 4 month ago and it was not removed from credit report, and I didn't get letter from them that I paid off my debit. Now I start receiving new letters from 2 another collection companies regarding the same account. I get 2 letters that they are sue me. What can I do? I have proof from my bank that I paid them. i have a debt collection company sueing me for a car that was repossed 7 years ago and they are taking me to court. this is not the company i bought the car from it is a company that bought the loan. the original company repossed the car and sold it for two thousand dollars and this new company is trying to sue me for $25,000.00 on a hyndai that i paid for for 3 years. what can i do?

i'm a little confused on closing my account..it seems that it is best to close the account pdls are coming in, but at the same time the advice seems to be to talk to the bank. if i talked to the bank and they don't agree with what i'm doing wouldn't that stop me from doing anything. if the bank agrees with what i'm doing then i shouldn't have to close the account just freeze those pdls? my paycheck is directly deposited as well as some other items that are deducted by ach.

Hello there! I have six internet payday loans and I live in the state of Maryland. The following are the six loans: Mynextdaycash, Cashnetusa (which is a CSO), Sparkcash, Crestwoodmktg (Ashland), Sanpoint Capital and Blackcardloan. I am not sure where to even start. I was going to start the program with Langhorne Debt Solutions, but checked them on the BBB and found out that they have an F rating and are not licensed. I am not even sure if this is the best way to go. I need help!
