I am interested in finding a reputable interest rate arbitrator? Can you help me with this?

I have written offers to settle to all the above creditors. They won't write back with anything more than "call our office". Is there anyway to obtain a written acknowledgement or acceptance?

I live in Kentucky and have 4 online payday loans with pack Management/yellowdale.com/signmyloan.net and Huskhawk.com Are you saying that the payday loans I have taken out are illegal and if so, what should I do to stop payment on them? I also have paid well over the amount that I borrowed several times over and really can't afford to pay on them anymore. SHould I close my checking account and re-open a new one and default on the payments? Pelase let me know ASAP. I have a payment due date on Friday and have to do something by Wednesday 5/19/2010. Got a collection call this morning (its been 2 years) . . . they said the laws had changed in Texas and they were now filing paperwork to have my wages garnished. I told them I wasnt born yesterday and they should send me a validation of debt. They said if they did they would no longer be willing to settle with me... I said thats fine - but I still need it. They said since I wasnt willing to work with them they would just contact the judge and have the garnishment started..... Did I handle this correctly?? BTW, they wouldnt say who the debt was with except a payday loan company.

I have been looking through some of the posts for help in Louisiana. I have 4 pdl's Ace Cash Service org. amt. $350.00 paid $400 Cashnetusa org. amt. $300 1st pay. on 5/28 $115.50 Paydayone $400 paid $180.00 Ezpayday $500 paid $240.00 I have contacted the Office of Financial Instituitions and they say internet pdl's are not licensed and I wanted to know what steps should I take to get these ppl out of my account. I have already put a block on Ace because i never authorized that loan it just popped into my account one day and I noticed they started taking payments on my pay days.

Can I stop a creditor (originator of loan) from calling me constantly 10-20 times per day (on several different numbers) by sending them a certified letter by mail with return receipt stating that they may only contact me by mail only ? Or do they have the right to call me from our signed agreement? And if the agreement states they can call me can i still stop them from calling me by written request? What are the laws, etc... ?

I have a pdl with North Point USA or Geneva Roth. I have been paying on it since the first of September. I would like to know the laws in AL and what I can do to stop it. I tried to get my bank to stop the debit but I was told they couldn't do that since it was a pdl. Please help@!

Hi, can you tell me how to remove an entry on credit report from a debt buyer who sued me and lost the case? Do they have a right to report this on my credit report since they could not prove they owned the debt nor that I owed the debt? This debt was previously paid to a different debt buyer and then a new company sued me for the same debt I paid. Thanks for your help.
