I am so sad. I was having so much trouble paying my payday loans. Instead of going to get another one, I decided to follow the instructions on here. Somehow I messed up. I went to my Regions bank and asked them to put a HARD FREEZE on these accounts. They found 6 little unauthorized debits Web Discount 34.99 200cash 19.00 LIberty Discount 24.19 and so on . . . The bank Vice President disputed these and then said she put a hard freeze on the account, no ACH activity anymore no deposits no withdrawals, no ACH transactions. I logged onto my account and it was closed.

i have have been called at my workplace from a collection agency this was due to a broken lease and month free rent I received I have been making payment each month of $100 on this and they still want to take me to court. I have a judgement on me for a divorcee degree for paying half of mortage and car payments other companies. i can't pay more I just not have the money. I make under 30,000 and was told by collection agenices they can get more and win. Does the judge usually stand with the creidtor? or do I have a chance to explain my financial situation.

I took out and loan out an loan for 150.00 on march 31 2110, and i lot my job soon after that. So i couldnt pay them. He keeps calling me and harrasing me that if i dont pay him w ould go to jail. And jail is scary to anybody i have never been i was crying for about three days. I have three kids a single parent with no family. Leaving nasty messages. He told me that if i dont fax a paper to him i would go to jail and i was scared and i did cause i never had to go through this before. I dont know what to do now cause i dont have the money anymore

Hi, Today i have paid off my last payments mortgage due. I fully paid off house today & i am feeling great. Now i have not big debt & now only small debts left to paid off such as a gas payment, electricity bill payments Etc. Now i am going to invest my money & some money i will save in my saving accounts. Hi, been reading all the horror stories, mine is similar. Getting calls and letters from them regarding an account that was a charge off from capital one back in 2000 or 2001. Haven't heard a peep from anyone in nearly 10 years until now. Understand i need to send a certified debt validation request , and to verify the s.o.l. Is there a form letter for this, or a link ? Appreciate any help i can get! Thanks

If you are in a repayment plan, shouldn't your interest rate be under control. I am in a repayment plan and my intereses keep rising? Is this legal?
