This is my last one to deal with. Has anyone settled or been sued for Wells Fargo HELOC? Anybody with a Wells HELOC that has been charged off, please let me know anything you can. Mine was charged off today.

This is kind of a math problem….I am trying to settle my 4 CC (see my other post) and I have close to 97k in debt, figure I can settle at 40-46k. I have no one to borrow from and nothing left to sell. I can pay $1500 -2000 per month so that would take me approximately 2 years to settle assuming I can get them to wait that long.

Below is my original post of April 26th when I responded on Blackbeast thread 'my journey begins today'. These are my debts and I will chronicle my attempts at settlement. I have Citi 1-- 18k Citi 2-- 18 k Chase-- 21k Bof A --40 k Right now I am 18 days late on one citi and 36 days late on the other. I am current on the other two but will be late as of May. Citi has called about 13 times a day. I talk to them about once a week and tell them the same thing. I have 2 mortgages, one very new and no equity and the other I am upside down on. Cars are 18 years old.

My wife owes 23000 in multiple CC, we are paying 600.00 per moth on minimum payments the balance still the same over a few years, our APR's are in the 20 and 25 % We dont want the credict cards any more..What is the best way to pay this debt?

I live in Arizona and have 3 storefront payday loans($1500+ total). I am current on all of them and have been trying to pay off a little at a time. But I am just sooooo tired of making payments on them all. My original thought was to consolidate all of them by taking out one online for what I could and then try to pay off the remaining balance (hopefully the difference would not be that much). Then I would have one loan to pay. But from the research I have done, I dont think that would be wise to get an online loan.

Phillips & Coen just offered me a 25%settlement for an Advanta account....Catch is they want the funds by 9:00pm EST tonight...I can get the funds but what exactly do I need from them in writing to make sure I dont get burned??? I will not give them bank account # but rather western Union the money....There really putting the pressure on and this is the best offer I've got $20k balacne settle for $5500....Please, any help appreciated....sound like I sould take the offer ?? After reading a good book on the subject, I just started the journey 2 months ago. I stopped paying my BOA account (bal: $28K). I have several other cards to work out, but this was the largest. I send a nice letter explaining my situation and that I couldn't pay right now. I received a nice reply thanking me and asking that I call them to work out a repayment plan. I have not had ANY phone communication. Just sent out a second letter yesterday thanking them for their offer of a payment plan and reiterating my circumstances. I asked that they not call me at work so they've stopped.

Help: I hope that someone can provide some guidance. Several months ago I had a payday loan with Kenwood Services for $300. I ended up paying them $450. I sent them a letter stating that it was ilegal to practice in my state and that I was only responsible for the principle amount. I am now receiveing calls from someone called Paul Rubin from Goldstein Henderson & Weiss stating that they are issuing a summons and will serve the papers at my job. He has stated that I owe Kenwood Services over $1,000 and that I am being accused of fraud.
