Does anyone have a current fax number for Nationwide Cash? I am ready to default on a loan I have paid almost all of the principal of (in fees mostly). I want to fax my letter to them. If anyone has any other information about this lender I am all ears. Any suggestions is appreciated. Thank you!! (I live in NY state) I borrowed $700 and paid back almost $600 so far.

Has anyone heard of a collection agency out of Buffalo NY called RAJ Servicing? They are calling about a internet payday loan from 2007. Tried to get mailing info so I could send a C&D letter, but they are not giving up that info.

Started the process of filling a Chapter 13 back in 2003 in NC. I could not afford the payments that the lady I talked to came up with, so I did not proceed any further with it. Never appeared in court or even saw a judge. I recieved a letter some time after that from the bankruptcy court stating my request was moot and thereby dismissed. It shows up on my credit report as if I had actually filed for bankruptcy and was dismissed which I've now learned is worst than being discharged. Is there anything I can do to remove this off my credit report?

Have a collection agency call me today using the name of United Bureau. Wasn't sure if it was United Collection Bureau or somone else. I asked for their mailing address and they refused to give it to me. I ended up hanging up on them. Does anyone know or think if this is United Collection and if so, what their address is. Harrassed

They keep calling my job my mom and me over a pay day loan that I can not pay back in full. They told me they are going to get a judgement. What will a judgement do. I have offered to pay them back in payments but they do not want to accept that I am making considerably less money now then when I got the loan and I also missed work right after getting the loan due to having a baby who came early. Also can they garnish my wages. I am in Florida if tha matters

Like an idiot I too have gotten screwed. I borrowed: southern Financial loans(secureloansonline.com)$400 paid 700 showing owe 540.00 paradise cash advance $300 paid 390 owe $285.00(was told 86.25 would be removed tomorrow acct. will be credited 15.00 but add the finance fees and back over 300.00. I called my bank (Bank of America NC) fraud dept, and they put a block on the amounts.I have direct deposit with my job so I can't close account yet. The bank also told me to call/email to rescind my ok for funds to be removed which I just did.
