I have a past due payday loan and the national a call to pay right now but i dont have all the money , what can i do to fix this problem with the company

I have established a savings account at a separate bank from the credit cards I am settling with. Is there any way for the the credit cards I am settling with to be able to find out how much money I have in the savings account that I intend to use for settlement? Anyone who has settled and has experience with this please share your experience...Thanks! Steve in Florida

:(I am drowning in debt by constantly renewing these paydays, so I did an EPP with cashnet where I will pay them off in two more months so that one is O.K. I have a 325.00 with greenlight and will pay 75.00 on the 23rd and pay the 325.00 out on 5/25 so that one is o.k. My problem is the one with cash central and speedy payday. As of today, I owe cash central 770.00 which includes a 20.00 NSF fee. I did an EPP back in August with them so they are not willing to set one up with me on a voluntary basis, but I need to do some sort of payment arrangement for at least 6 months to pay them.

Hello, Was wondering what anyone could tell me about student loans that were contracted between the studen and the school directly. No outside agency government or private had their hands on this one. This loan is many years in default and when it went to collections, I had attempted to work out a payment plan but the collection agency refused, they wanted all of it up front. Now through the years I'm sure interest has been tacked on making the amount almost triple what the principle was. When I review my credit report I see that they are continuing to report the debt.

I keep getting numerous calls from this company! I have no idea who they are or what they want and have never received anything via mail from them. They are calling my cell phone ALL day long more than 10 times sometimes as late as 10:30pm at night!!! I am sick of it. Can't something be done about this harassment!

about a month ago I recieved a call from a Michelle Hawkins and Anthony Hopkins several other individuals (one was Anthony Hopkins (supposedly))with heavy indian accents saying that I took out a payday loan owing them originally $500, a day later they called saying I owed them $600, and the day after that $800, etc. I told them that I haven't taken anything out in the last year and a half and I called my bank immediately, because they stated that I needed to pay them that day or they would see me in court that following monday.

I've been getting calls on my cell phone from 866-396-7770 several times a day for about three months. No one ever speaks when I answer, and when I call the number I am put on hold forever, so haven't been able to speak to anyone to find out what they want. I do get messages left on my voicemail, but they are recordings that just say to call back (without leaving a phone number) and what their hours of operation are. I did a Google search and found out the number is affiliated with Allied Interstate.
