Can a law firm just send out random garnishment notices to banks/credit unions that I have NEVER done business with in hopes they get lucky? (Also, let me stress that they are doing this with the advance knowledge that if they get "lucky" they have no right to the money because it is protected Social Security Disability funds and in the past they have filed the order, had the money frozen, and then 1 minute prior to the hearing withdrew the garnishment....They have told me they will continue

I received several calls from a SHAUN OLSEN from LRA located @ 6880 S. Yosemite Court, Suite 100 Centennial, CO 80112 866-520-1240 Toll Free Ext. 1659 303.800.1659 Direct 303.512.6100 Fax Beware, this guy (Shanun Olsen) is a pervert and he has called my work phone over 30x in the last hour. I informed this man not to contact me at work and he threatened to call my HR Dept. and supervisor. When he couldn't reach me, he pressed 0# to reach my boss/HR dept, but reached my secretary instead where he made a sexual pass at her over the phone (requesting to go out with her).

what should i do????

Hello i got a call from the bam group on my little brothers phone that i gave him 2 years ago. well i know i took a loan out for check-n-go and i totally forgot about it so now im gonna pay them off as soon as i get money. well these guys and a lady called saying that its my final notice and that theyre going to take me to court for fraud. i am scared because i know that in order to become a nurse, you cannot have any type of convictions like this.

I've been garnish from one bank account, if I open another account in a different bank can they take that money away too?

This number, 615-570-5177, keep calling my cell all day every day but never leaves a voicemail. When you try to call the number back it says the number is not in service. Also my cell sometimes says the number originates from Tennessee or Boston, MA !? I was told this is most likely a debt collector. Sometimes they will call 3x in a row! The last time they must not have hung up the line fast enough because I can here at least two women talking to eachother but I can't tell what they are saying on my voicemail. This has been going on for over two weeks now. How can I put a stop to this?
