I have pdl through pdlnow, impact cash and signmyloan. I can barely afford to pay my regular bills and are falling behind because of the pdl interest being pulled out each payday. I have tried to talk to my bank which is chase and they told me they don't help with pdl situations. I checked into pdl consolidation and was told that I didn't qualify. I only want to be able to get out of this cycle and am not sure how to since you can't barely get a hold of the lenders.

I have a 38.00 showing up on my credit score from LVNV. I'm half scared to just pay them directly. It's 38.00 and yet it is screwing up my credit can you help me?

I took out a loan December 2009. I have paid $365.00 in fee's plus $50.00 in principal. At the advice of th attorney general in Oregon I stopped paying and closed my bank account. 4 weeks later Ameriloan is now calling and threatening to turn me over to a collection agency if I don't set up a payment plan. My balance now is $415. I told her that they are illegal in Oregon and she said Oregon does not know what they are talking about. IF this is turned over to a collection agency can they come after me, since Ameriloan has not license in Oregon?

I have 5 loans with various internet companies and am a resident of Virginia....does anyone have any advice? Arrow Financial, LLC is taking me to trial this Wednesday, April 21st. They have sent me no documentation, no inqueries, nothing. So I have no idea what they have in the way of proof. When they served the summons of complaint, I responded stating that I could not confirm or deny the complaint as I have received no proof of this complaint in the form of documentation of the debt, or proof that the Plaintiff Arrow even owns the debt. And requested in the response that Arrow provide this information of which I never received.

Got me thinking, I don't plan on doing anything with my credit for years outside of getting a house years from now.

Has any one heard of Edison, Patrick and Associates? i paid them some money but now i am afraid it was all a scam. I google their "address" and it comes out to an old run down apartment complex. I contacted their local sheriff's office and they cerified that the address was not to a business....Any info on these people will help

I am in Ohio and have several PDL. I was unable to keep up with payments and my bank closed my account due to overdrafts. I have a company threatening me that they are from the Federal Crime Investigators and that if I don't pay then my information will be sent to Ohio Court house and I will be arrested. When they call they say they are officer so and so. when I looked up the number it says it is a landline and does not associate with anything crime. Can I go to jail for unpaid PDL and/or court?
