I've had 2 calls on my cell phone from a woman with a British accent saying she was calling from ER Solutions. The number she says she's at is 877-341-0006, but the cell phone shows it as 425-562-3215. Has anyone else gotten calls from these numbers? They don't show up on the bbb website or this one.

Greetings, I have a Bank of America credit card account that was open in 1/2/2002 and around 2004 was Charged-off / Sold as bad debt but it's still showing on my Credit Report file. It shows as Closed now, but I'm wondering how is this affecting my credit report and how can I remove it from my file? Or do I need to wait a few more years until it disappears from my credit report? Also, after the account was charged off as debt and then sold to third party, the third party CA kept contacting me and increasing the amount I want in ridiculous ways.

Can anyone tell me if CashNet USA and Payday One are legal in Ohio?

I have a contract dated 5/5/05 signed by us (the consumer) not the contractor. It is for pool payment. I withheld 10% plus the amounts that he billed over the contract price. Can he try and collect the money 5 years later and what about the fact that he never completed the warranty paperwork or the pool maintenance instruction as stated in the contract?

Last week a Civil Summons (for me from a CA for unpaid debt) was left at my house with a friend who was there. I received it this week and was preparing an answer, when I realized it was dated 2/17/10. It gave me 30 days to reply. Today is 4/14/10. It contained no documentation saying who the original debt was for, so I am unsure. There was no court date. Does anyone know what I should do at this point? Is there anything I can do? Any advice would be appreciated!! Thanks.

I receieved a notice of intent to accerlerate letter yesterday from BOA. I was floored.They are telling me I have to send them 2980.00 by May 8th 2010. My montly payment went from 1754.00 to 2000.00 a month. So, with my husband's job hrs being cut, and his work has slowed down, I was sending them 1000.00 every two weeks so I could make the payments. I could not afford to send them the whole 2000 because that is one paycheck and we would not have any money to pay bills and buy groceries till his next paycheck.

How legit is National Enteprise Systems. located in Solon, OH 44139 and I need to know if they are licenced in Califonia,they bother me for month daily and sometimes twice. they stop calling once they got my papers about the validation but they have sent me the information I requested(I have not read it) since I dont know anything about the information, they have sent me.
