I found this website yesterday and have been looking through all of the messages to get answers. About 18 months ago, my husband and I each got a payday loan through Cash Central and everything has snowballed since then. We are at a point where the account is overdrawn after our paycheck have been deposited leaving NO money to pay anything else. Our water was turned off today and the power and gas will be turned off in the next few days if we don't pay the past due amounts. I have no idea what to do!! I believe that the pdls that we have are legal in Alabama or are considered CSOs.

A guy keeps calling saying you have been warned and advised to Call Check Solutions of America with a reference number when called they said it regarded a pay day loan which noone has any record and the bank acct number they have is not associated or even close to my acct number. I have requested proof of information provided which they said was over the internet which I did not do and just curious are they a real collection agency that will help if this turns out to be something that someone has done in my name without my knowledge. By the way the state is Alabama!!

Hello... I had a so call atty call my exhusband last night and left a message for me to cal hime back stating that I was in trouble and needed to call him NOW, and pay off this debt of $3000. I did call to find out what he was talking about and come to find out he was trying to collect a debt that I am not even sure if it belongs to me. Then When I explained I am a single mom, and a Full time college student working to pay bills and support my daughter, he stated "thats not important". He was rude and pushy. I asked for proof this debt belonged to me from 4/2000. He would give it to me.

PLEASE assist with what steps do I take? Payday loans, storefronts, members of CFSA, cannot pay right now due in a few days, understand I need to close bank acct, Hard Debit Block, open new account, send out revoking debit and wage authorization letters. I just do not know how and in what order do i try to resolve this. I have all the nevada payday loan laws, and all my paperwork from the payday loan companies. PLEASE HELP ASAP. Checks from payday loans will run through my bank Monday April 12 and I cannot even pay my rent or utilities. Approx loans equal $:(9000.00+

Like SO many on here, I was caught in a payday loan HELL!! The 2 companies that are giving me problems are: United Cash Loans $400 ACE Cash Services $300 I live in PA, and I DID apply for the $400 loan with UCL, and agreed to payback $90 each paycheck. Well that $90 turned into $140 ($90 + $50 charges each check). My current job situation changed, and so I became a lot more VIGILANT in my watching my money!! Well I noticed over 1 mos ago that UCL had been taking these $140 ACH debits twice a month for almost a year!!!!!

We owned our house for 14 1/2 yrs now.We had refine 3yrs ago took out 50k. Did some home improvement.Failed behind 3 mths,The bank had stopped taking payments.So we found housing service which represent you in court.We went (3) times to court,and the last court appearance- we was denied mortage mod. Now bank stated do to the 50K. they want to see how the cash was spent, (Home improvement or medical hardship) they didn't underline is it a percentage or not needed?

Over our heads in debt to payday loan companies in Nevada. Wanting to pay them what we owe but need to make a payment plan arrangement. All the research I have completed in the last two days, tells me to : open a new bank account, close our existing bank account, ask the branch manager to place a HARD DEBIT BLOCK on the account, send out letters to all the payday loan companies revoking authorization to debit our bank account, have a total of actual original loan amount and interest fees. My QUESTIONS are: Is this the legal way to approach our situation?

Hello all. I am in New York State and recently had a Judgment entered against me for failing to answer. I am in the process of preparing my Order to Show Cause To Vacate Default and am doing to some research into the account (which I should have done a long time ago).

I was in way over my head on PDL's (these were all actually installment loans the new PDL in IL) I owed over $7500.00 in PDLS. I was making well over $3000.00 in payments monthly and was in way over my head. I could not do it anymore my gas and electric bills were at the disconnection point and the only bill I was managing to pay on time was my mortgage well that was because I needed a place to live. I ended up defaulting. I could no longer keep up the payments.

I've had several calls now from 800-613-0803 asking for an individual (lets say John Doe) who doesn't own/pay/use the cell number they have down - my cell number!
