This platinum service debited $99.95 from my account with out authorization from me. PLease inform about the steps needed to strangle this company.

Can you help me to consolidate my bills if my debt is established in Canada and I live in USA?

I currently have 3 internet payday loans one is with GECC for 300.00 one is with paycheck today for 300.00 and the third is with a company called Capitol Funding for 300.00 on the one with capitl funding I have already payed over 1000.00 for a 300.00 loan. I live in Indiana. I have spoken to a Bankruptcy attourney who assures me that I can list them in my bankruptcy. I cannot find any information on Capitol funding, I was wondering if anyone has ever dealt with them?

A little background: I took out 2 Wellsfargo Private student loans when I was in a private college in Los Angeles,CA and graduated in 2006. I was able to defer them until I got a job...then I went back to an extension school for about a year and they were automatically deferred then as well. Fast forward to today and they have been dealing directly with my mom (who is the co-signer on both of the loans). She has been paying them $550.00 a month for both loans and at that rate they will be fully paid off within 6 years. (In the meantime I'm paying my other AES loan and the federal loans).

I live in MA, and some guy from a PayDay loan collector keeps calling my work. I can never understand from which company he is calling from as his accent is too thick. Every time he calls, I repeatedly tell him not to call my workplace, and he refuses. What do I do? A little background: Back in October of 2008 I was unemployed, and I needed a bit of money for rent. So I turned to a payday loan to help me scrape by that month. I initially borrowed $200. They then ran my bank account dry and I ended up having to close it and pay it off to my bank.

I voluntarily turned in my vehicle by contacting Wachovia Dealer and letting them know that I could no longer pay for the vehicle. They made arrangements with me to pick up the vehicle and they told me that I would owe a "small" balance. I had already paid them $18,500.00+ on the vehicle and they auctioned it off and got an additional $8,000.00 for a 2004 Toyota Camry XLE that had 36k miles upon purchase and I purchased it in 2006 and turned it in Sept 2009. Now that is over $26,000.00 they received for that vehicle. They are now saying I owe and addtional $7,200.00 for it.

Call again today at 4 1/2 months late and chase offer 45%, before they only offer repayment-hardship plans, so was a little shock to get 45%. I don???t have 45% so counteroffer with 25%, lady said she would submit it to a supervisor. She said to call back in 5 days to see if it???s been approved, anyone know why 5 days? Sure they won???t accept my 25%, will they counteroffer? My Dad said he could make up the different if they will do up to 35%. What happens now?
