Does anyone have an email address, regular address or fax number to Alliance or National Gredit adjusters. I have to loans that are illegal and have been turned over to them. They will not give me an address to send, email or fax a C and D letter to. I told them to go where the sun doesn't shine as I overpaid the illegal loans.

Happy 4th of July everyone..

So it has been 2 months since I made payments on my loans (One Click Cash, QXL Online, Action Payday and Castle Payday). I send the letters revoking ACH and changed my accounts. I had an isue with QXL taking out more money since my bank account wasn't closed, but my bank took care of that. I received one e-mail from both One Click Cash and Castle Payday and since then, nothing.

Wanted to bring it to the powers that be's attention that Bingonut has well over 1000 post - should we not put her up for vote for HOF?

Does anyone know where I can find a list of legal payday lenders in Nevada. My daughter took out a loan with greenwood holdings llc. pretty sure they are not legal but want to find a list for her. They are calling and threatening her with jail...lol

Has anyone ever settled a loan with Prosper? I know they are different because of the peer to peer lending. Any advice would be appreciated! Thanks!

Received a voicemail earlier today from a Ashley Payne with the "County Processing and Summons Office" letting me know that a formal complaint has been filed against me regarding a bad check and she needs to verify my home and work address so I can be served. However, I can avoid going to court by calling 1-855-823-2801 ext 143. I called that number, mostly out of curiousity but also to let them know I was reporting them to the AG of New York. When I called back the number I got a recording stating "Test Ok" and then it hung up on me. So, she gave me a bad number.

I have a few questions Are these lenders legal in California? WTJ Capital LLC -borrowed 300, paid so far $180. Lansbridge-borrowed 600, paid so far $300 Stoney Creek-borrowed $300, paid so far $182. Should I pay loans back if they stopped contacting me? I have some other payday loans that I know are not legal in California, from back in February. I changed my bank and closed my account. 2 of them call at least once a day now, but the others have stopped contacting me and I just checked my credit report. What should I do about them?

I have looked everywhere but cannot seem to find out if Western Sky or CashCall are licensed in Rhode Island. I am pretty sure Western Sky is illegal. I tried to apply for a loan via the CashCall direct website just to see what would happen and my suspicions were correct--just entered my demographics--and received a message that CashCall does not provide loans in my state. I would assume this means they are not licensed in RI. Usury rate in RI is 21%.

To make a long story short I had a few payday loans a few years ago. I never received anything after I moved and then today I received a threatening phone call from one of the companies. I want to find out who I owe and how much and try to settle these. I pulled a credit report and there wasn't anything on there. Where can I go?
