Hi Everyone, I live in TX and have a number of loans that I'm trying to deal with. I have already closed my account and opened a new one. I have a few legal lenders and two that appear to be illegal.

I believe this concerns a loan I failed to pay with ThinkCash. Borrowed $1000 only able to payback $400 of the original payments. This was back in 2011. I am now getting a message left on my work phone claiming North East Legal has Pending complaint to be filed against me for authorizing a bad check with attempt to defraud. Is this for real? This was not a payday loan, but an imstallment loan, and when I was not able to keep up the payments, they were the ones that told me to stop the direct debit authorization with them. Any advise would be most appreciated.

I have an online payday loan I defaulted on back in 2009 from payday one and it has been sent to collections.I never heard anything after ignoring the first collector on the account but It seems to have been passed on to a new collector.

I need some advice. At the beginning of June my dad informed me that he had gotten a call for me from a Ms. Ventura from Regional Credit Solutions. I got a voicemail from her about a week later. I chose to ignore it. Ms. Ventura called me again a week later and I called her back. She informed me that she was calling about a payday loan I had taken out in 2011 with Payday One. I neither confirmed or denied I had a debt (I do have a debt, but I don't think its the amount they say I owe). I requested she send something in the mail to me and she also offered to email me the document.

I had a garnishment put on my account. Since then I have been getting around it either by endorsing my checks to someone else to cash, or check cashing services. 2 weeks ago the bank said they wouldn't let me endorse the check anymore, and I had to come in and create an account. This is the same bank that had the garnishment. It's also the same bank that the checks were written from... so I don't think I can get them cashed directly. I was thinking of opening a new account at a different bank. How long does it usually take for the garnishment/levy to find my new account(s)?
